All Sales Are Final – No Refunds Policy
At Yond Enterprises LLC, we take pride in delivering premium, customized cybersecurity consulting services, documentation support, and risk compliance solutions to government and enterprise clients. Due to the highly specialized, knowledge-based nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once any work has commenced or deliverables have been initiated.
Our services are tailored to each client's unique compliance requirements, system architecture, risk profile, and business mission. As such, all consulting, vCISO advisory, document development (e.g., SSPs, POA&Ms, IR plans), and security assessments represent intellectual labor and time that cannot be recovered, reused, or repurposed for other clients.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Physical Products: Our services consist solely of digital, intellectual, and advisory deliverables. There is nothing tangible to “return.”
Work Begins Quickly: Most engagements begin within 1–3 business days, which may include research, scheduling, data review, or document drafting.
Non-Reusable Deliverables: Work created on your behalf is based on your systems, policies, and controls, and therefore cannot be resold or recycled.
Time-Based Consulting: Our vCISO and advisory services are billed based on time and knowledge delivered — not guaranteed outcomes or software platforms.
Mutual Responsibilities: Delays caused by lack of client communication, missing input, or system access do not qualify for refunds or credit.
